Ikke hvis du bruger dokumenteret THC-frie produkter. Men rå hamp eller produkter med spor af THC (≤0,2 %) kan i sjældne tilfælde give udslag.

Må jeg dyrke hamp i Danmark?

Ja, men kun industrihamp på godkendte EU-sorter, og dyrkningen skal registreres hos Landbrugsstyrelsen. Det er ikke lovligt at lave eget CBD-ekstrakt med THC.

Hvorfor varierer reglerne fra land til land?
