Are your orders shipped from Sweden?
Yes! We cooperate with 3PL warehouses across Europe. Our parcels are shipped from one of our third-party logistics centres, typically based on which centre is closest to you in order to provide the shortest possible delivery time. This is handled automatically by our order system.
How do I track my delivery?
You can easily track your delivery using the tracking number you received by email once your parcel has been shipped from our warehouse.
How long is the delivery time?
Our average delivery time is 2–3 business days within Europe and 6–18 business days to other countries in Europe. Please note that these delivery times are indicative only, and delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. Parcels are not transported on weekends or public holidays.
What happens if delivery is delayed?
In rare cases, a parcel may be delayed for various reasons. Depending on the cause, we offer different solutions to resolve the issue as quickly and efficiently as possible.
In the case of delays caused by the shipping company, we kindly ask you to wait 14 days before contacting us through the form above. We will then either offer a new shipment or a voucher equivalent to the purchase amount. If delays occur due to stock errors or sold-out items, we will contact you and offer the option to change the product or cancel your order.
Are your parcels shipped discreetly?
We respect our customers’ privacy and anonymity. Therefore, all shipments are sent either in neutral cardboard boxes or plain padded envelopes. No logos or markings appear on the packages.
Please note that Natural Hemp Life will appear as the sender.
My order has not arrived?
Please check your tracking link to see the reason why your parcel has not arrived. If there is another issue, we kindly ask you to wait 14 days before we can initiate further action.
Which countries do you ship your products to?
Natural Hemp Life products are shipped throughout Europe with a few exceptions. As CBD is still relatively new and in an early stage in many places, there are certain legal grey areas in some countries.
We therefore cannot guarantee that the product is legal in the country you are ordering from. It is your responsibility as the customer to ensure the legality in the country you are importing to.
Natural Hemp Life cannot be held responsible for any consequences of ordering to a country where CBD is illegal to possess or consume.
What happens if my order is held by customs / seized by the police?
In rare cases, our CBD products may be held by customs. This is often due to narcotics dogs trained to detect cannabis. Unfortunately, these dogs cannot distinguish between legal industrial hemp with low THC levels and illegal cannabis. As a result, your parcel may be seized for further testing.
We maintain close communication with customs authorities and continuously work with the relevant authorities to ensure proper information, documentation and compliance with current regulations.
Unfortunately, there is no way to speed up this process. We kindly ask for your patience while customs authorities complete their analysis and release your parcel for delivery.
Do your products contain THC?
All our products, except those containing raw hemp, have been completely THC-free since 18 June 2019 following the Supreme Court ruling with case number B 177-19.
Our CBD buds are made from EU-approved industrial hemp and are exempt from narcotics legislation and may therefore contain up to 0.2% THC in accordance with the UN Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs from 1961.
Will your products show up on a urine test?
Consumption of raw flowers (CBD buds) from the cannabis plant may increase cannabinoid levels in the body and could result in a positive result on certain drug tests.
Can I be charged with a drug offence?
Regarding consumption of EU-approved industrial hemp, there are currently not enough court decisions to establish a clear legal precedent.
However, it is clear that EU-approved industrial hemp is exempt from the UN Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs of 1961 and related legislation. To be convicted of a drug offence, possession or consumption of a classified narcotic substance must be proven.
Do you have a physical store where I can shop?
We currently do not have our own physical store.
I have not received my order confirmation
This is often because the confirmation email has landed in your spam folder. The sender is info@naturalhemplife.eu. If you cannot find it there, you may have entered an incorrect email address. Please contact us at info@naturalhemplife.eu and we will assist you as soon as possible. Remember to include your order number, phone number and address.
I want to change my delivery address / I entered the wrong delivery address
We have limited possibilities to change a delivery address. We can only change the address if the order has not yet left our logistics chain.
If it has already been shipped, we kindly ask you, if possible, to collect the parcel from the specified address. If this is not possible, please wait until the parcel is returned to us. We can then resend it with a new shipping cost.
I want to order a larger quantity of Premium CBD Buds – what should I do?
For larger purchases (over 500 g), please contact us at info@naturalhemplife.eu and we will assist you further.
I received the wrong item
If you have received the wrong item, please contact us under the section “Delivery and order status”. Please specify which products you received and include a photo of the items. Also remember to include your order number. We will then send you a return label together with the correct products.
How do I get my receipt / packing slip?
Your packing slip is sent digitally when your order is received. This is both for environmental reasons and to make things easier for you as a customer – your receipt is always available digitally via email or in your customer account. If you would like us to resend it, please contact us.
Do you offer invoice as a payment method?
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer invoice payments. This is because companies providing invoice solutions have chosen to exclude CBD products. We offer payment via card, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
When is the payment charged?
Our payment provider, PayU, reserves the amount on your account when the order is placed. The payment is only charged once your order has been shipped from our warehouse.
What will appear on my bank statement?
Your bank statement will show “Natural Hemp Life” followed by a unique number consisting of four digits/letters.
What is a laboratory analysis?
The only way to know what a CBD product contains is through a laboratory analysis of the product’s cannabinoid content.
We work with one of Europe’s most recognised and independent laboratories, Pharmahemp, to continuously perform analyses on all products in our range.
You will always find these analysis reports under each product in the tab “Laboratory report”.
Which variety should I choose?
Our CBD buds differ in taste, colour, aroma and CBD content. All information is available on the individual product page. You can also try our product guide, which recommends a variety based on customer experiences: http://naturalhemplife.eu/produktradgivaren/
Do you offer samples?
If you would like to test our CBD buds, we recommend our sample pack, which contains 2 grams of each variety. A total of 10 grams of flowers. This way you can find your favourite!

How much THC do the CBD buds contain?
All our CBD buds are produced from EU-approved industrial hemp and therefore always contain less than 0.2% THC. The exact THC content for your product can always be found in the product description and on the back of the packaging.
My buds do not look like the pictures
Depending on the harvest, season and other factors affecting the processing of plant material, the buds may look different. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that your CBD buds will look exactly like the product images.
We regularly update the images on our website to reflect the current batches.
My buds contain many stems
Stems are a natural part of hemp plants that the flowers (buds) grow on. Therefore, small stems may occur. We always monitor the entire packaging process to ensure your bag is as free from stems as possible. However, a small presence may still occur.
What quality can I expect from my CBD buds?
CBD buds (industrial hemp flowers) are living plant material and may vary depending on the season, weather, humidity and other factors. Therefore, buds may differ from batch to batch. We always aim for a humidity level of 62% with well-cured buds that are as free as possible from stems and leaves, while maintaining good freshness and moisture.
