Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, it is difficult to make changes to an order or delivery address after you have placed your order. We aim to send out all orders as soon as possible, and our warehouse handles the order as early as 15 minutes after the order is placed. If a change is necessary, contact us and we will do our best to assist you. When contacting us, kindly provide us with your order number or the e-mail address that you used when you placed the order.

Where can I find my tracking number?

Your order will be sent through PostNord, using 1st Class goods letters, which is the fastest type of delivery. This means that your shipment, if possible, will be delivered directly to your mailbox. Unfortunately, we have no opportunity to track your goods letter and therefore do not know your tracking number.

I received the wrong product, what do I do?

Should you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days. Send back the product in the condition that it was received and provide an error report so that we can send you a new, correct and functioning product. The goods delivered must be in unused and undamaged condition (unless it got damaged during transport). Please note that before returning a defective or broken item, you must contact us to have your complaint approved and the return postage paid.

When will my delivery arrive?

We aim to have your order delivered as soon as possible. it is not unusual that we process your order as early as 15 minutes later. The order is then retrieved, packaged and sent to you. You should receive your order within 4-6 days after this. Packages are not shipped during weekends and local holidays.
