How to dose and use CBD products from Natural Hemp Life
All people and animals have a system known as the endocannabinoid system. Receptors throughout the body are activated by cannabinoids. This can happen both through the body itself and, as in this case, by taking CBD-based food supplements.
When cannabinoids are taken, the body’s own number of active receptors increases. After approximately 3–4 weeks a large number of receptors have been activated, and the endocannabinoid system is therefore fully activated. This usually means that smaller doses of cannabinoids are needed.
Because we offer CBD products in different carriers and strengths, it is important that you read the dosage guide that applies to your product.
CBD Oil 5% (500mg)
- Start with 1 drop of CBD oil. Repeat in the morning and in the evening. Increase slowly by 1 drop per intake after 7 days until you reach your desired dosage or the recommended daily dose. Spreading your cannabinoid intake across the day gives a more even result.
- Recommended dosage: 1–8 drops / day. The daily dose should not be exceeded.
- Store in a dark place at room temperature and out of reach of children.
CBG + CBD Oil 10% (1000mg)
- Start with 1 drop of CBD oil. Repeat in the morning and in the evening. Increase slowly by 1 drop per intake after 7 days until you reach your desired dosage or the recommended daily dose. Spreading your cannabinoid intake across the day gives a more even result.

- In case of crystallisation: warm the bottle in a very hot – not boiling – water bath until the oil regains its consistency.
- Recommended dosage: 1–8 drops / day. The daily dose should not be exceeded.

Somni Drops (CBD + Melatonin)
- Somni should be taken in the evening, 30–60 minutes before your planned sleep for the best effect. Take 0.5–1 ml of the product.
- Recommended dosage: 0.5–1 ml / day. The daily dose should not be exceeded.
- Unlike most similar products on the market, it contains neither alcohol nor other solvents.
- 1 ml of liquid contains 5 mg melatonin and 15 mg CBD.
Somni Gummies (CBD + Melatonin)
- The suggested serving size for this product is 1–2 Somni Gummies per day.
- The CBD gummies are vegan and completely sugar-free.
- It is important that the product is stored in a dark and cool place.

- Completely vegan flavour. Gentle even for the most sensitive dogs.
CBD Oil 3% for Cats (Salmon)
- Specially developed for cats, with pure salmon oil as the carrier.
- Dose 2 drops per 1 kg of body weight. For example: 3 kg body weight = 6 drops. Give the drops directly into the mouth or mix them into any food.
- Gentle even for the most sensitive cats.
