PRICES

All prices are stated in euros (EUR) and include 25% VAT.

SHIPPING

We offer the following delivery methods:

  • 3.50 EUR PostNord – First-Class Letter Home Delivery. Delivery time 1–2 business days.
  • 4.50 EUR PostNord – MyPack Pickup Point. Delivery time 1–2 business days. ID required at pickup.
  • 8.00 EUR DHL – Home Delivery. Delivery time 1–2 business days. Delivered directly to your door.
  • Free shipping on orders over 45 EUR.

PAYMENT METHODS

CARD PAYMENT

Pay easily and securely with VISA and MASTERCARD. Natural Hemp Life uses 3D Secure, a security technology developed by VISA and MASTERCARD to verify the cardholder during online purchases. All card details are encrypted and are never visible to Natural Hemp Life.

SUBSCRIPTIONS VIA CARD PAYMENT

When purchasing subscriptions via PayU, you agree that the specified card will be automatically charged before each delivery. You can choose delivery every 30, 45, or 60 days, depending on the interval selected at checkout. The amount charged corresponds to the current price including any discounts shown at the time of purchase.

The subscription runs until further notice and can be canceled at any time without a binding period. You can easily cancel your subscription by logging into your customer account at www.naturalhemplife.eu or by contacting customer service at info@naturalhemplife.eu. To avoid being charged for the next scheduled delivery, cancellation is recommended no later than 48 hours before the next payment.

Natural Hemp Life reserves the right to make price adjustments or product changes. Any changes will be communicated via email before the next billing period. By placing a subscription order, you agree that PayU processes recurring payments in accordance with PayU’s terms and applicable payment service regulations.

APPLE PAY & GOOGLE PAY

Pay using Apple Pay or Google Pay with just one click. No need to enter card details, and payments are processed safely and securely.

ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS

When you place an order with us, processing begins immediately. Therefore, an order that has already been processed cannot be changed or canceled. Always review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

If you have any questions regarding your order, you are always welcome to contact our customer service.

INCORRECTLY DELIVERED GOODS

If you receive a defective or incorrectly delivered product, you must contact us within 14 days. The product must be unused and in undamaged condition. Contact us before returning the item so we can approve the claim and cover the return shipping.

If an item is missing from your package, you must notify us within 48 hours after pickup. After this time, additional claims may be denied.

AGE LIMIT

To ensure responsible handling of our products, we apply a strict age limit of 18 years.

UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS

If a shipment is not collected, the customer will be charged for return shipping and handling. The total fee charged is 19 EUR. Shipments are usually held for 14 days before being returned to us.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

As a customer of Natural Hemp Life, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order. Contact us via info@naturalhemplife.eu before returning the product.

The product must be returned in its original packaging and be unused. You are responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipment. Withdrawal form (PDF) must be included. Please note that returns must be sent with home delivery. We are unable to collect returns from pickup points. Packages delivered to pickup points will not be accepted under the right of withdrawal.
