How Natural Hemp Life (“the Company”) uses personal data

Google Analytics: used to analyse traffic on our website.
This helps us better understand how the site is used and improve the user experience.
If you block cookies, we cannot measure your traffic.

Newsletter: we offer the option to subscribe to our newsletter via a form or when placing an order.
We use Klaviyo to deliver this service.

Personal data: in connection with an order we store information in accordance with accounting legislation for 7 years.

Google Ads: used to promote our products on various platforms.
Through cookies we can optimise and plan our marketing more effectively.

Live chat: we use Tawk.to to offer live chat support.

PayU: we cooperate with PayU to accept card payments on the website.

Order processing: legal obligation (accounting legislation).
Newsletter: consent.
Marketing (Google Ads/Analytics): legitimate interest, only after cookie consent.

If a data breach occurs, we are required to report it to the relevant data protection authority within 72 hours.
